You have chosen to pay upfront for your line rental,
saving £51.60 over the year.

Payment amount: £ 114 .00
So £114 upfront payment + saving £51.60 = Means I should be paying

£165.60 a year lines rental or £13.80 a month

But I actually pay
Line Rental 28 Sep 11 to 27 Oct 11 £ 12.60 a month.

So saving is not £51.60 ...
it's £37.20

Called Talk Talk and they said
"Yes we know"
"It will be corrected soon"

Yes right , your telling me a company your size did not verify this , prior to being published !
More like hoping Jo punter don't to the maths.

all phone companies make their billing policies and offers so feckin complex it's a joke, they do it on purpose I think
Yes, obfuscation is used deliberately by phone companies but the worst offenders are the energy companies.
Just getting through to someone at TT is a bleeding nightmare, i daren't ask them about anything anymore, as i get cross when i cannot understand a word the person at the other end is saying. Complex tariffs, and obfuscation as said
I had endless problems with TT !! They are crap, useless, incoherent and a waste of time and money, they should be forced out of business...hence me moving to another service provider.
