Tried hard this week not to ask A/B but am still stuck on these 3:

15d [3 words L??? ?? ??D] 'Drop off for a visit here'; 20d [2 words ????? ?N] 'Fuss caused by a flirt'; 25a [13 letters ??M???????A??] 'Sounds like this medicine is free] the latter clue has exercised me all weekend, it must be a word which sounds like a medicine and means free of charge, but I have been unable to solve it. Thanks to anyone out there, and all, who can help.
