Interesting AOG - if there is misinterperetation of your comments, it is my fault for 'taking you too seriously', not yours for expressing yourself inadequately.
I have never served in the armed forces, it's on my Top Three of things never to do - never jump out of a plane without a parachute, never try a Frank Spencer impression because no-one can do them, and never put yourself in a position where you might be paid to kill people.
OK - moving on - had you referred to men shooting themselves in the foot to be sent home, then no, i would not have referred to you as sexist, but you didn't, you referred to women doing it.
I can only respond to things you have said, not things you might have said to balance your argument when, in retrospect, you are called for the sexist observations you have made.
