I've just talked to my wife after seeing the news and the man that lost his wife and kids in a fire and she's told me that she got a letter regarding this?

We have the same fridge. We received letter too. Numbers are inside of the fridge on the left hand side. An engineer came the next day we phoned and spent hardly 5 minutes in replacing something. Interesting thing is that we bought the fridge in 2006 and since had moved away from that place soon after. I just recently went to see a friend living in that house now and he handed letter addressed to me. Lucky it did not catch fire in 5 years we used it.
