Strange that they are both Milsom St. Mine is "Bath Milsom Street" and Maidups is "Milsom Street, Bath".

I think that's a garble; there is no Bath Milsom St in Leicester

Yes well the Leicester address applies to ALL Barclays branches - they don't like mail going to individual branches but prefer to deal with it centrally
