How do I change the time on a Motorola V500?

I have lost the instruction booklet and can't find a way to change the time on my mobile phone. Please could someone take me through it step-by-step, menu-by-menu. Thanks

I think most motorola phones have the same way to do this, so here goes.Go into the main menu, and down to settings,Go down to initial setup, and there shoul be a bit for time and date. Hope this works.
