there's been something on the news lately about grey hair being the new thing and more and more ladies (and men i suppose) are stopping using dye on their hair.
i stopped bleaching my hair about eight or nine years ago. my hair used to naturally be very fair but went darker over the years to a sort of light mousey shade. i now have what i think is a pretty acceptable head of fair to white hair rather than grey and there's no way i would ever bleach or colour it again. i wonder if i'd still be dyeing it if my natural colour was dark though and i had loads of grey showing through.
so what do you ladies of a certain age think of going au naturelle? do you now, would you ever, or is it something which fills you with horror?

No chance of going au naturelle , grey hair ages a woman , whitish silver is ok on some as long as its not the " dirty shade "
My friend's straight dark hair fell out when she had chemotherapy. It grew back - curly and the most beautiful silver grey.
She looks like a fashon plate - and even better, health-wise, all is 100%.
Not something I've had to deal with... yet. but I think Grey hair can look really nice on a lady. There's something sophisticated and classy about it, I think.

Grey hair on a man? Phwoar!
I've always been fair, so the transition to gray was gradual and I have never colour it (well not since I was about 18 and went an Alan Ball shade of ginger!)
I'm old and grey and love it!
No way would I walk about with grey hair .If it had gone pure white ,yes but not this horrible salt and pepper.I'm naturally very dark haired and I've just had my hair lowlighted .It's blended it all in and looks fine.
I think people with naturally fair hair get away with grey better than us with dark hair .
My hair is white, but of course I am very old to go with it. When I was young I didn't know what colour it was underneath all the tints I got the hairdresser to put on it. I continued like this until I was late fifties and got fed up with sitting in the hairdressers shop while she coloured it and so let it grow out. I had not realise how dark I was and always pictured my hair as being 'fair'. Wouldn't want to go back to all that hassle again and am quite content to be white.
Has she got grey hair?
