If the Oven Inspector were to come round to check my oven I think I would get told could do better. It hurts my knees, that's my excuse, when trying to clean it. Wish I had a high level one as they're much easier to clean. And is it important to you to have a nice shiny oven?

If you leave the dirt long enough it burns off anyway... dropping in to the food, adding extra crispyness...
