I suppose it depends what the press said about her. If they just reported the facts about her arrest, probably not. If they went for a complete character assassination such as with the Jo Yeates guy, probably

I dont think so, she isnt exactly off the hook yet, the statement by the police states insufficient evidence and lets face it she will never get another job in nursing, at present time I feel sorry for her,but there is a possibility they will re arrrest her.
