Have you got the c.v. on your computer? If so, make a note of the name of the file and where you have stored it. Write the email to the company you are applying to, and attach the file to it (when you click on the Attach icon, it will ask you to browse your files until you find the right one and click on it).

^^ If you only have a hard copy of the c.v., you will need to scan it to your computer, then attach it (as above).

Once you have identified the companies I would look on web sites to check how they like to receive CVs. Some specify MS Word only. Take it from there.

I suggest you need to type it up anyway so that you can (a) tweak it where appropriate for each company you send it to and (b) keep it up to date

It's always worth having a copy on the computer, it makes it a lot easier to add other jobs or courses you have been on.
