On EBAY and other auction sites, sellers have a notice that they will not ship to Indonesia ( watches, cameras etc) why is this?

Sites will not send goods to Indonesia because of constant credit card fraud. You will also find that many sites exclude shipments to a number of other countries for the same reason.
