I've just made beef and broccoli pie which includes milk and cheese. Can I wait til it cools down, slice it into portions, freeze it and then nuke it when I want it?

Might be a bit sloppy if nuked in the microwave. I would go for re-heating it in the oven - and can I have some please?

You can. I can freeze it though? I forgot...it has poof pastry
Poof pastry, how gay or is that politically incorrect
Nothing surprises me paddywak just look at homedeeth's avatar!

I would just put in foil and bung individual slices into the freezer. Defrost in fridge then put on baking tray, uncovered at about 170 degrees C for about 10 mins to reheat, if individual portion. Check if fully cooked through.

Benny hill wasn't gay.
I would say 10 minutes is not long enough. You have to make sure it is properly heated through. If unsure a way to tell is to put a knife through, leave for a minute and then take it out. Touch the tip of the knife. You will be able to tell if the middle is hot. It sounds mad I know but it works.
I'd put it in the oven from frozen, about 35 mins at 190 degrees.
