lost pension card

My friend who is nearly 80 has lost her Post office pension card, it is in the house somewhere but cannot be found .How may she set about getting a replacement . She is panicking and I have no idea. Thanks in advance for any help given.

I'm sure the DWP helpline will be able to assist.
I suggest she gets in touch with the Post Office first thing in the morning, they will know exactly what to do.
Ask at her local Post office they will be able to advise her,
