be charged with criminal damage with intent to endanger life? either she killed people, or she didn't? as a nurse, you are responsible for outcomes even by act of omission - so even if she bleats 'i didn't know it would hurt anyone' surely she must be at least guilty of manslaughter? crazy...x

that's what i mean, mike. criminal damage implies she is charged after tampering with the saline/insulin. noone could say that they didn't mean to hurt anyone...why else would you tamper with something? maybe they just don't have enough evidence for now and are charging her to keep her in custody x
