Shopping Channels on Freeview Silent

QVC and Bid Tv both have no sound on my Freeview box - these are the only 2 channels this has happened to since the switch over. Do you think I should re-tune and see if they come back? Not an avid fan of these channels, but would like to still have the sound on them.

have you retuned since switch over?

You are supposed to retune your freeview box since the switch, have you done that?

Yes I have retuned and the reception is fantastic now, only the sound has disappeared on these 2 channels. I'll retune again and see if it helps any ... thanks anyway.

I would have thought losing sound on these two would improve them.
