to all the lovely people who expressed good wishes for our fund raiser - many thanks - it absolutely poured - cloudburst after cloudburt but many of our friends, members and supporters turned out all the same - we had three marquees on the lawns plus lots of goodies to eat and drink so apart from the odd one or two of us, most stayed dry and all thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon - stalwart and very generous lot and the coffers were filled!
