I know Sher - but it's a PR firm he's running. I would imagine he has some input with his dad's pr :)

You have obviously thought this through and still feel that your feelings are valid. Go for it - the big problems in the world were once little ones that were not sorted out.

Hi Wolf - I'm not wound up about it but I am fed up of getting messed about and ripped off. How many others have gone there and been ripped off? I don't usually go this far but their customer service has been appalling. If you don't complain, nothing gets changed.

Thanks Karen - nothing ventured, nothing gained (don't want a refund just want them to acknowledge that they haven't done things very well.)
