shortcrust pastry base - fill with cooked new potatoes/cornedbeef/ par boiled leeks/garlick/fromage frais or cottage cheese/lots of seasoning/lots of grated chees on top and bake until brown and crispy

Layer in dish with sliced pots, fried peppers, onions, grated cheese and cream, butter, bake in oven for 20 - + min s, delicious, pot lasagne!

Place cubed corned beef with sliced onion and carrots in a casserole dish and top with a layer of sliced potatoes. Repeat the layers another couple of times finishing with a layer of sliced potates. Add stock, not quite covering the top layer of potatoes and I usually add some worcester sauce and tomato puree to the stock. Cook in the oven for about an hour, until top layer of potatoes brown. Very nice, and cheap too. If you want you can add other veg with or instead of the carrots.

Put thick slices of corned beef in base of casserole dish. Layer with onions, tinned carrots and peas, sprinkle with grated cheese. Add mashed potato, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cook for 30 mins in oven. Yummy.
