Is the price for this service going to stay the same or will it change after December ? 

When I have tried to call ntl I am spoken to by a recording telling me that someone will speak to me shortly followed by incessant music, it is no wonder that people are furious by the time someone does take the call.    I would be grateful if someone could answer this question honestly as I do not want to upgrade if the price is going to rise shortly - Betty Boo

First of all, the speed is increasing to 10MB, not 1MB.

There isn't a price increase, but some users may have to fork out for a new modem.
