Question Author
sorry I duplicated, I didnt notice the string went to a second page
Hi Olivia  -  Did you pick up the 'WEAN CARE' solution I posted earlier?  All due credit to Crofter  -  he missed it by an inch!  Regardz, ja
Question Author
Hi johnalex re weancare, you may not believe this but I put thr question to a library near to Philadelphia and they had 6 members of staff searching, yesterday they came back to me with the ECW ARENA answer HONEST, just one question not relating to quizzes, how do you get back to the question page when Answerbank send an E mail giving a question number, I have tried copy and paste but this gives unable to trace, if I type the E mail address with the number it goes to an answer bank site but is unable to connect, so I revert to trial and error, which in this case means going back 20 plus pages?

olivia, I've got it!!!

It's the  "ECW ARENA" in Philadelphia, PA, USA ...that specialises in Extreme Championship Wrestling!

Check it out at the website:
www.softwolves.pp.se/wrestling/ecw/1997

Your comments on SALEM and MARKDALE(?) are still needed please.

I have just realised that the messages extend to another page!  I have therefore read your latest messages including that of johnalex. Being an "inch off" had overtones of D-Day Museum!! (Do you remember?)

As for No 14, in North Wales, there is Bethesda (also in the USA - but too far east) and Salem (also one in Utah - south of Payson!)

What do you have for No 31?

Question Author
Crofter I've got Buffalo Crag for 31,

Olivia  -  Thank you for your reply and congratulations on tracking down 'ECW Arena'.  Crofter  -  Well done to you too and don't take the 'inch' comment too seriously, it was meant as a compliment!  Back to you Olivia and how to refer back to previous questions. Each Q has its own ID. This one for example is 147965. You can easily find out by right clicking your mouse on the Q title (depending where you are on the site) or in 'Subscribe to question', 'Report this question' or 'Post an Answer'. The full string should look like this:

http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Quizzes-and-Puzzles/Question147965.html

Use Copy & Paste (Cut & Paste you risk losing) and log on via Google or you own ISP.  This should take you direct to your target  -  works OK for me.  If you erase your ID number from the string you can substitute another, eg 150000 which is 'Pumpkin Pie'.  Try it, then report back till we get it right.  Make sure there are no extra characters, like < or > in the address field.  Maybe one day AB will display the ID alongside the question, with an option for the user to 'mark' it.  Good Luck, ja.

You're a hero Johnalex, I copied the answerbank E mail reference, but this time I left out the < and > and it worked, thanks again

olivia. I don't think that Buffalo Crag is correct, but I can't suggest a better answer at this point in time. I'll work on it and get back to you in due course.

Please note that I may be out of touch over the next couple of weeks!

Should have mentioned  -  you need to click 'Properties' with your left mouse button after the right click.  I notice the red link is not fully displayed, owing to its long length but it does work when selected (try the right/left mouse click technique to display full details). Have Fun.

OK crofter, enjoy yourself !
Hiya folks. Try out 31. COPPER CLIFF - a heritage site near Sudbury Ontario!  We now have a full set of (correct) answers!!
Question Author
Hi crofter good to have you back, I've been struggling with the rainbow quiz while you've been away. Re 31 I still think the answer could be Buffalo Crag, there is a coin a, buffalo nickel, so you will have to take your pick, best of luck
