It seems ages since I've been on here! (I'm so sad lol) It was a very eventful start to the hol with my OH collapsing in agony with the recurrent pain in his chest and ended up in me calling an ambulance as he was struggling to breathe with the pain but it it's all under control now thankfully. Just what you dont need 2 days before you go on hol. I hope everyone else is doing ok?

Bobbi has gone on holiday.

i tipped a 5/1 winner today...

Yes it was great. Our first time and first holiday in the UK lol so I didnt know what to expect. Would have been better if OH hadnt have been in pain but the kids enjoyed it. Its very very expensive though once you are there as well as the actual accommodation. We had the cheapest which was £100 per night and for that you had to take your own towels! Its a beautiful place though and we will probably go back, if we can afford it!
i will start saving and go in 2022 then if it is that expensive lol.
Which one did you go tigwig? There's one near us but of course you don't tend to go when its on your doorstep.

Hope OH's feeling better now.

Sherwood Forest. Its less than an hour from us actually, you should try it. I knew it wouldn't be cheap but £4.50 for a bottle of beer or £2.70 for a tiny glass of wine is steeper than I'm used to coming from Yorkshire! Oh and a curry was about £13 not including rice when I'm used to paying nearer a fiver for a much nicer one lol.
My OH is gradually recovering thanks.
