Ghostbusters would be great but not necessarily cheap unless you have overalls and can make the packs.

You don't say if you can spend any money. have you thought of getting some of those white overalls http://www.glovesnstu...l&utm_campaign=online make a "No Ghosts" sign to put on the back, out of paper.
Make up Ghostbuster guns with boxes and tin foil. If you come in together and do the Ghostbuster Walk you are sorted. Biggest advantage is you can take the outfits off later on and have normal clothes on underneath.
