Just watched the England Vs Switzerland game, and to See Darren Bent miss a sitter like he did, makes me wonder whether he is good enough at international level? Ive played village football for 15 years, on the worst pitches in the country, and seen players score the goals he missed today..... The team were poor and he was offered a get out of jail free card to help them out, and turned it down!

normally bent plays well, however today although the england team were physically there mentally they were not, they all played poorly

Carroll and Rooney the future then? Wilshere in the middle, future captain? Agree HARRY, Redknapp should be England manager, he would install some pride into the team, passion and play to the English lads strengths....

Rooney is overrated, when did he ever turn it on for England against decent opposition?

Bent was the best we had available so we had to play him, he's not international class but then again neither are Parker, Downing and Zamora yet they were all part of the team/subs yesterday

Sqad, agree about Milner but given a decent run in the side Adam Johnson would be an asset, IMO he's the solution to our long term lack of quality on the left hand side attacking wise
