PS3 games - Bad Company
My husband has the Call of Duty games but his favourite is Bad Company. The guy in the Game shop told me that the most similar he would like is Operation Flashpoint-Red River.
Just wanted to know if anyone had played both and would agree??

Being a late arrival to the Bad Company 2 table, the race is on for me to reach level 50 before the beta lands.
Probably most similar to Bad Company is the last Medal of Honor game. The multiplayer was done by the team responsible for Bad Company. Best of all you can pick it up new for less than £20.

I havent played it for a couple of weeks as i was on LA Noire and now im on Fable III , a freebie for renewing my Xbox live subscription which was nice i thought!
Yeah, you gotta move onto another weapon as soon as you Plat it up, its tricky though as you get used to it and its handling etc. Ive still got quite a bit to do on the Sniper class but i dont really enjoy it that much. Being a Medic in a good team will give the most points but i prefer being an Engineer if ive got the choice and it fits in with my team. Lets hope we can both get there!

I mainly snipe on Atacama when attacking. As soon as it starts I sprint to the edge of the spawn area to mortar the VADs so that our chopper stays airborne and then carry on sniping from there. Ive got gold on most sniper rifles but not on 2 of them. I also snipe when starting defending Harvest Day to take down the UAV pilot.
I like mixing up the classes but rarely play as assault. Im usually engineer for vehicle heavy maps and medic for others. Rank 40 tonight I reckon.

I completed LA Noire last night (thankfully!) but it ends very abruptly and i hadnt finished finding all of the cars and newspapers etc. I cant be bothered to replay it now so i didnt get as many achievements as i would have liked but hey ho!

Nothing ony my radar until BF3 now so BC2 and the occasional LA Noire trip for me.
I've driven 80 of the 95 cars but it is going to be painful finding the last 15. I'll also be buying the Rockstar pass which gives the 2 pre-order cases + the one coming later this month. 800MS seems quite reaonable....for a change.
