Apparently it's no longer politically correct to direct a joke at any racial or ethnic minority so try this one:

An Englishman, a Scotsman, an Irishman, a Welshman, a Latvian, a Turk, an
Aussie, a German, a Yank, an Egyptian, a Japanese, a Mexican, a Spaniard, a Russian, a Pole, a Lithuanian, a Vietnamese, a Swede, a Finn, an Israeli, a Romanian, a Bulgarian, a Serb, a Swiss, a Greek, a Singaporean, a Fijian, an Italian, a Norwegian and a South African went to a night club.

The bouncer said: "Sorry, I can't let you in without a Thai"

It's laughable (!)
good, that
This is one of those jokes which only work in writing.
not at all, mike; but if listening you might have to think a moment before the penny drops.
I am lodging a complaint to the Court of Human Rights on behalf of the populations of the great and unfairly omitted Belgium and Iceland!

The PC industry must be ever vigilant....
I like that.
When did this joke first appear? Here it is posted in 2007 http://tinyurl.com/43dgbhe - can anyone find any earlier posting?

jem
i was wondering when it first appeared - what's wrong with asking that?
it first appeared in 1938, and fell completely flat because the country was still called Siam. It was tried again a year later with more success, once it had become Thailand
