I am sure it was made in late 80s, but was probably set in 2nd world war area.

A very wayward young girl, always disobeying parents, and keeps saying Up Your Bum to everyone. I can even see in my mind the video cover. I think it was set up north somewhere.

Yeah ! a great film, I love the line (when she's pregnant) "if it walks with a limp and thinks with its pr!ck, it's yours!"
