x factor again

does anyone know the music that was used in tonights(sat oct 15) ep. of x factor before sharon's acts were introduced, it was used during the interview/ clips of their past events n xfactor, it was classical music that slowly rose to a crescendo before ending with some kind of electronic 'beeping' or pulsing, its not the music from american beauty as i have that soundtrack...

I wasn't watching but the tv was on & I vaguely recall hearing some music I recognised.  I think it was a track by Craig Armstrong called Weather Storm which I have on one of those Classical Chillout cds.

I'm sorry if I misheard or dreamt it!

Oh I've found somewhere you can listen to a bit here - was this it?  I'm a bit foggy this morning!!

no this doesnt seem to be it robinia sadly, nice tune though :), it was more dramatic the classical part and hit a crescendo before an electronic beeping rhythm came in to the tune...i really wanna know :(, it was used in the montages for sharons acts before they came out...

Oh dear, that's a shame.

You could try mailing them - I mailed a tv prog recently about their music & they answered very quickly but I expect X factor gets lots of mail!!   I'll pay more attention next week!! :-)
