the phone is new to me and ive not done anything in regards to messages but my sister has sent me some pics and they havent come through...

anyone know of a setting or something i may need to sort?

any ideas?

Hey Joko...Before you get any picture messages in ur BB..u need to activate the MMS settings...all u need to do it go to the settings - then MMS Settings...not only that after that you need to contact ur service provider to get the settings activated after that....hope it helps..
