They seem to be looking for volunteers
Generally speaking, they advertise. I used to hear regular ads on the local radio when I used to drive to work and back.
oooh...go careful !!
The only one I know of is the Common Cold Research Centre in Cardiff, but you need to have a cold to go there. They have a number for volunteers to phone 02920 874099.

thanx now we know
I bet their rate has gone up a bit : )
There's a Pfizer Research Centre at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, they advertise in our local papers - they are usually very specific e.g. fit healthy men between the ages of 18 and 30, etc.
Hi pushy,
normally you'd see an ad in your local paper asking for volunteers.
They haven't gone yet, Al, scheduled to pull out next year.
Just looked out of interest : )
Normally to be a guinea pig one's parents need to be Cavia porcellus.
