Can two condenser boilers operating a fully pumped system with zoning to each floor on a 6 storey building (each with its own thermostat) all work together?

If you are planning to have the two boilers heat the same set of radiators – then the answer is no. Each boiler must be operating (heating) an independent system.

I guess from your question that you have realised that a single boiler will not output enough heat energy to cover a six-storey building.

Your second problem will be the maximum head of the system pump. Almost certainly, a ground floor boiler will not be able to pump water to the sixth floor. Therefore your proposed system will have to consist of a boiler on the ground floor heating the first three floors and a second boiler located on the 3rd floor (4th floor including ground), heating floors 4 to 6 inclusive.

You might like to consider an industrial heating system designed for such applications, rather than bodge a domestic set up.
