I Knew,or thuoght I knew that 'Cordon Bleu' was a type of quality cooking. Now I learn from Eggheads a couple od days ago that it means a Chop cooked in breadcrumbs. How could I have been SO wrong ???

no it does not it means Blue Ribbon which was originally the highest order given so you were right not them

You are right brionon, but it also means somthing stuffed with ham and cheese and coated in breadcrumbs too!!
