Converting Real Player files to mp3?

I've got a tune saved as a real player file (the only format I can find it in unfortunately), but would like to convert it to mp3 so I can use it as a ringtone or copy it to cd or whatever- is there any way or program that will do this?

(It's the 1986 BBC World Cup theme, "Aztec Lightning" by Heads, sometimes used on Soccer AM. Anyone got a copy by chance?!. Yes, I know, I'm sad!)

Thanks!

There are some utilities that will do this, but if you get the full version of real player, you can use that.
if you get real player plus (or gold as it sometimes known) you can right click on your realplayer file and convert to the format of your choice.
