I hope this makes sense . . . . . I used to be able to have multiple tabs open in one browser . . . . . now I can’t . . . . . . does anyone know what I can do to make the thing work again? . . . . . . I guess it's something to do with the settings but I may be wrong . . . . .if you can help please let me know. . . . . thank you in anticipation

Which browser are you using?

In Firefox (and, quite possibly, in every other tabbed browser), right-clicking on a link and selecting 'Open Link in New Tab' should do (as the advert says) exactly what it says on the tin. If it doesn't, you need to reinstall your browser.
