I have just read an article in a magazine saying that if you mix both equal parts of rapeseed oil and codliver oil and apply to eyebrows before going to bed, it makes them grow back thicker when they have gone thin over the years with plucking them. Has anyone tried this and if so does it work. Thanks.

I suspect you need a transplant either from inside the ear or inside the nose. That'd work.
thanks for shawing. the advice is improtant for girls.
Kelp tablets make the hair & grow but that wouldn't be just the eyebrows.
In my youth I plucked my eyebrows into oblivion. Once they are gone, they are gone
I feel really lucky now that my eyebrows were a good shape and I only ever plucked a very straggly hairs out. As a result I still have eyebrows that are reasonable.

And don't you dare mention turnips Mrs O.
I had my mid-brown eyebrows tinted a few years ago............they looked like some sort of hairy insect.
I once over plucked a part of my eyebrow. It took months to grow back. Which is strange as the hairs on my legs are back within days
The hairs on my chin and top lip take hours to sprout back
I sound so attractive don't I?
Ric - what must you be like when there is a full moon?
Lottie - have you lost the plot? What on earth have eyebrows got to do with turnips?
(heh heh heh)
I am very hairy - I was shopping yesterday for a floppy hat for summer and even the med/large in marks would not fit cause my hair is so thick
Yet I have the most pathetic excuse for eyelashes you have ever seen
Ric.ror - last year I bought one of those home laser machines from Argos. If you'd seen my legs you would have thought I was the missing link!
I now have hairless legs - smooth as a baby's bum!
I use this on my eyelashes and it made a real difference. It can be used on eyebrows too. Pricey but definitely worth it!

Mrs O do you have a link to the machine
I have been told that they only work on dark hair and as I am blonde and grey they would not work on me
