Depends very much on where you are and how good the property looks

good stuff well prresented freshly decorated etc is still moving but prices have fallen a lot.....and buyers are putting in low offers and no one is expecting to pay anywhere near asking price at the moment so you may have to do a lot of 'house doctoring/staging" to make your place stand out to get the best price
