Shockwave crash

How do I fix this?? It comes up with a sad faced jigsaw piece on youtube etc and a yellow bar telling me this plugin has crashed.

Go to the adobe website.Download latest version of shockwave, and install.

Shockwave was updated over the weekend, so an update is available.

Thanks . I did download last night and am still getting same thing. Adobe is there in my programmes but when I open it there is nothing really about shockwave.

Smug faced me....I had to uninstall and reinstall it.
