I am trying to download Kasperski internet security 2011 onto my new laptop. I purchased this for home use for 3 computers only last month, but am having problems downloading with the unique key details that I have.
Can anyone help me please ?

No link, I expected to simply log on to Kasperski and check out the download details with a key.

Can you explain where the installer file is then?
Where is your serial or license? On a card or in email?
Normally, one downloads from a link and installs with a serial. That serial can allow multiple installs (like Norton can)
