Do you think the title of the next book will be the Nameless Novel? any other ideas?

Will it be The Nameless Novel ? - once it has a title doesn't it cease to be the Nameless Novel ?
Serioulsy though most pubishers taking advance orders seem to be calling it the Nameless Novel.
Another possible title could be "The book that launched a thousand questions which can be answered at

from getting on the website today: my guess for the name of the next book is the "Horrid Hotel". the was a pictuer and that is what i deciphered from it!

I was thinking the exact same thing Yammerhead! Book the twelfth is called the "Horrid Hotel".
