individual or one giant one?
I can't find my pattie tin and they won't work in deep muffin cases will they?
I've never done a big one though - is it just the same really?

Yorkshire pudding should be made as one large rectangular one, then cut into pieces accordingly.

You can do them in pyrex dishes - then use Yourkshire pud as a bowl for stew - delish
Use the muffin tin but only half fill them?
