dont eat ! I wanted a tummy tuck once many moons ago and the surgeon said "come back when you are one stone lighter" and he had weighed me, I just drank orange juice for a whole week , I was young I know] and I went back 10 days later with the weight off, the surgeon was so alarmed he said stop immediately and I will do your surgery before you do anything else as stupid. So it worked for me !
