its a bit complicated as there are security staff and cleaning staff
there are days nights weekends to be covered and, security hours 241 per week, and so many cleaning hours.
its a bit difficult to give all the info on here,
but thank you very much for the offer x
you need to cover the breaks and days off first then any busy periods like deliveries, the staff with the most hours are the key ones to sort first, then fit in the other staff.
i see what your saying dotty, its not for me its for my partner. He has been having a major headache with it.
Trying to be fair for weekends off, everyone doing fairshare of nights, and manager having to be there mon to fri ect thanks for the tips though will pass them on. x
