just wanted to say a massive thank you for your advice re the problem I had when Diamond Holiday coach company went bust and I had purchased vouchers for my in laws for christmas. after a lot of phone calls and letters the bank confirmed our full refund via the chargeback scheme. I had never heard of the scheme so probably would never have got any money back. your help has been greatly appreciated.
My OH's sister has downs syndrome and his parents need a break to keep their batteries charged!
