Thank you all for your concern yesterday...OH very shaken but otherwise ok...went into spin on black ice and had to drastically oversteer to avoid lorry coming towards him from other lane !!..could have been sausage meat....ended up going through a fence and landed in a field on top of a mound of earth with back wheels in the air !! After many phone calls and four hours found a recovery service that would lift him off and back onto road,couldn't drag as there was a fence post jamming underneath, miraculously the car is fine...a few tiny scratches..but he was able to drive home..and after a scolding from me for driving too fast and lots of tea and biccies he is fine too !! Makes you realise how accidents and fatalities occur so easily..if he had not been able to steer away from oncoming traffic..........
