with Whoopi Goldberg and Ray Liotta about mixed race relationships and the troubles, they encountered in the 1950s.
Do you think now we are accepting on the whole as society for mixed race relationships, or does just as much prejudice exist today ?

Depends what you mean by society.
I think the majority of people in the UK couldn't give two hoots about mixed marriage, but the majority in certain religious sectors feel very strongly against it, as do members of political parties such as the BNP and their ilk.

i am white and years ago had a boyfriend of caribbean decent, our daughter who is 19 now is mixed race obviously. we had lots of prejudice from family and friends alike.
I am now with a white partner, and notice today my daughter who is 19 does not come across any problems when she has dated white boyfriends .
Guess your answer answers your own question then zzxxee.
