I know it's a public duty but it's something I'd rather not do. Any suggestions?

I have served twice and the guy who gave us the first day chat said if anyone has anything really pressing come and see me and I will see what I can do , so i think something can be done off the record,

I found it very interesting on both call ups , believe it or not what Joko was on about happened to me in a roundabout way , After being part of the group finding someone guilty and the judge sending someone down for GBH for i think was 4 years , I was absolutely gobsmacked about 18 month after to be in the hospital visiting one day and the guilty man was walking towards me .... I was so glad that he obviously did not recognise me as he was a right ruff sod.......

Changing the subject slightly , I did feel that some of the people on the jury service were not up for it in my opinion .
