Can anyone help me? How do I clear the temporary internet files (cache) from my computer?

start - control panel - networ and internet connections - internet options. from here click the delete cookies and delete file buttons. also click the clear button if you wish.

From the IE browser...tools/Internet options.......will give you the things you want to do...Mozilla it's tools/options....If you are running both browsers do it in both.
