Does Firefox have temporary internet files?

I've just updated a website. Internet Explorer displays the updated version, but Firefox still displays the previous version. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it, but it still displays the previous version.

I'm thinking it might be something to do with temporary internet files. It's easy to delete these using I.E. but I cannot find how to remedy the problem with Firefox. Can anyone help please?

Thank you both for your valuable help. As you say neildownx, CCleaner is a very interesting litlle program. I see it cleans several browsers and many other things - a good prog. to know about.
LostSheep your name doesn't do you justice. I hadn't thought of temporary files being 'Private Data' - and it worked! All is well now and thanks again to you both.
The easiest way to clear these old files (ie your temp files) in Firefox is hitting ctrl+shift+delete together which brings up a "Clear Private Data" box.

You can then either just hit enter to clear all or select the files you wish to delete and hit clear private data now.
Even easier Tools>options>privacy>clear my private data when i close Firefox (tick box)
