Before anyone redirects the newspaper have amended this question, but I still can't make it work. The question now says... Which was the last year in which all Nobel Prizes awarded, were won by the same country? I still can't find such an occasion am I missing something. Thanks for any help

Possibly the first time when maybe only one prize was awarded?

I may be way off the mark though as it looks like there were about 4 prizes in the first few years.

During the first world war there were as few as, two one year, and one another. If it is the answer then the acheivement doesn't sound as significant as the question seems to suggest
