What is the difference between a flash drive and a splash drive,please.

I had never heard of a splash drive.

A quick search on the web seems to show it is the same as a flash drive, but water resistant.

I hve no idea if a normal flash drive is water resistant.

Why would anyone want it to be water resistant.!!( Well maybe in Queensland!!)
It's just a water-resistant USB drive.
I wouldn't swim with any of mine.
Having said that .. some standard USB drives have survived a 60degree hot wash in the machinne.
A splash drive is just realy a flash drive but a bit better protected against any spills or water coming in contact with the device,there not fully water proof.usaly just have a rubber coating over them than the normal plastic design.
