Do you think this is right? My research has come up with Peter Maxwell Davies's 8th Symphony and also Eduard Tubin`s 2nd, but this is also known as 'Legendary', so I am a bit stuck

It was actually titled sinfonia antartica and got its premiere in 1953 in Manchester with the Halle Orchestra and I think Barbirolli was the conductor at that time. It was a 'testament' to the explorer Ernest Irving
